Do I need special payroll check stock?
No. You print on standard blank check paper from a compatible laser or inkjet printer. You do not need to order pre-printed payroll checkbooks.
Does this replace my payroll provider?
No. If you already run payroll through Gusto, ADP, Zoho Payroll, or Square Payroll, you connect that account and the paycheck and stub print from the same numbers. You can also enter payroll manually if you don’t use one of these providers.
Does the pay stub print automatically with the check?
Yes. Each paycheck prints with a matching stub showing gross pay, deductions, taxes withheld, net pay, and year-to-date totals.
Is there an extra fee to print payroll checks on my own printer?
No. Printing on your own printer using blank check stock is included in your plan. A fee applies only if you choose to have a check printed and mailed for you instead, starting at $1.25 for USPS.

What about paying contractors instead of employees?
