Click on QuickBooks Payroll and Download the Chrome Extension.
To import payroll checks from QuickBooks, you need to download Online Check Writer Chrome extension. Click on QuickBooks Payroll on the integration page and download the extension.
Login to QuickBooks and Initiate a Payroll.
You need some payroll data now to import to Online Check Writer. Login to your QuickBooks Online account and go to the Payroll section. Select your employees and initiate the payroll.
Click on Get Data in the Chrome Extension.
Go to Reports -> Payroll -> Payroll Details from the QuickBooks. Now click on Get Data button on the Chrome extension. The payroll data from the QuickBooks are now displayed in the extension.
Click on Send Data in the Chrome extension.
Once the data are displayed in the Chrome extension, click on Send Data to export the data into the check list of Online Check Writer. You are now ready to process it in the way you need it.
